There is a lot I could say about Christian television personalities like Kenneth Copeland, Benny Hinn, Jesse Duplantis et al, but I'm keeping my powder dry for now, suffice to say none of what you have written about here shocks me, sadly. Though I am as dismayed as ever by it. I also believe these people are so self-deluded that they actually believe what they are saying. There are some out and out con artists, of course, but the likes of Copeland and Duplantis I think have well and truly swallowed their own kool aid.
