My best friend (the only person besides my wife who knows absolutely everything) once told me I should write an autobiography, but that’s never, ever going to happen because 1) I’d hurt a lot of people (some of whom don’t entirely deserve it), and 2) I’d open myself to potential legal action in some cases, due to certain settlements/non-disclosure agreements. However, I have reinvented certain elements of my life story within some of my novels.
