This I agree with. For example, the excellent Knives Out (a cracking whodunnit if you've not seen it - highly recommended) was review bombed by petulant, entitled "fans" who were still angry at Rian Johnson over his previous film (The Last Jedi, which was divisive, though I personally thought it was brilliant). So rather than review the film, they decided to form an idiotic mob. Weapons grade stupidity.

This, by the way, is just one of many reasons why I refuse to pay any attention to IMDB scores, Rotten Tomatoes, or any other form of aggregator nonsense.
