This is an interesting idea. I think I'd agree with one caveat : Any book subjected to censorship that wasn't self-censored. What I mean is, I do think it is possible for a beta-reader (I'm going to refuse to call them sensitivity readers) to make "you say this, but did you mean this?" type remarks, picking up on things you may have said by mistake but didn't intend. That's just good regular criticism. But telling my I shouldn't say "fat" or "ugly" or suggestions to reassign genders, races, etc in the interests of political correctness? Hell, no.
