This is the real underlying problem in the post-industrial revolution world. Charles Dickens knew it, and annoyingly, our current government in the UK remains oblivious to it.

Also, I don't know if you are familiar with the UK's brilliant, scathingly satirical Brass Eye series from the late 1990s, but this clip brilliantly illustrates the absurdity of demonising all black people with reference to crime.
