This just sounds exhausting. I wouldn't bother if I were vegan (for the same reason I don't engage with certain kinds of Star Wars fans).

One of my cousins is vegan. He and his partner have been for decades. They never preach at anyone, and I respect that. Dietary choices are no ones business but those who make them.
