True, but there is no bad time of year to watch this.

Also, if a film was originally released in the summer, I suppose one is bound to associate it with that time of year, because it brings back memories of seeing it at the cinema. In the case of Back to the Future (which you mention elsewhere) it didn't get a UK release until December 1985, so I always associate that one with winter. :)
