What-ifery is a miserable scourge when applied to real life.

…ne day write an article about the logical thinking errors I learned in cognitive behavioral theory. What-iffing is a great way to make ourselves miserable conjuring up worst-case scenarios. I think people prone to anxiety are more prone to what-ifffing.
