What would I prefer to hear? I think I'd be heartbroken whatever she said, to be honest. But I realise this article is skewed towards what women would prefer to hear.

Quite honestly, leaving aside all the moral aspects (which are themselves enough to deter any idea of an affair for me), the idea of all that sneaking around and disruption to my routine sounds quite unbearable. My wife once told me that if I ever decided to have an affair, she should organise it for me, as she knows how stressful I would find it (my wife is fairly secure in her omnipotence in my affections, as you can probably tell from her amusingly flippant remark). :)
