Whilst I relate to the love of stationary (and my wife is even more obsessed on that front) the rush you describe here gave me a bit of a panic attack. I understand the bittersweet nature of having children grow up (currently having an existential crisis on that front) but if you genuinely miss this hellscape I suggest seeking professional help.
