Yes, I often find that to be the case. I cannot bear the sanctimonious, condescending, virtue-signaling, and (often) hysterical and hypocrticial tone used in presentation of views that, actually, I probably agree with. But the presentation makes me want to take the opposite view just to spite them. This is doubly true for any of the above that double as online pitchfork weilding cancellation mobs.
