Yes to all of this, especially the "bro" thing.

I do not enjoy the company of groups of very masculine men, the group often halves its collective intelligence with every new ‘bro’ added. Nor do I enjoy the company of women still caught in the ‘teen allegiance’ phase. This often transfers into the adult workplace or community groups.
