Yikes. Sounds a bit like the notorious "Death Road" in Bolivia.

The worst aspect for me was not the altitude change or the fear of getting hit by falling rocks, but the massive trucks full of people driving like maniacs on every twist and turn. At one point, I thought that I was going to develop hypertension right there.
