"Zionism" is a term that seems much misunderstood today. At it's most basic level, it simply means the right for Jewish people to have their own land and for the modern state of Israel to exist. In which case, I'm definitely a Zionist.

In the same way, terms like "feminist" (which I've always taken to mean someone in favour of gender equality) or "evangelical" (a Christian who believes in preaching the gospel) seem to have been muddied too, to "man-hating lunatic" and "deranged right-wing supporter of Donald Trump", respectively.
